This week I have done all my work-outs that I set out to do. I'm expecting a miracle, like lose weight NOW! Haha like what Cindy said, I want my glorifed body NOW! The journey to weight loss will be erm... long. Haha my target to lose 5 kg in a month dun seem realistic enuff. Maybe over two months then? I dun know. Anyone knows of fast. effective way to lose weight, tell me in my comments box :) But seriously, I must not make it an obsession. It is after all about healthy living too right? So if anyone catches me eating unhealthy, bad, fat, junk food, please remind gently! Haha

Oh there's this new gym at Hougang Sports Complex, with all these exercise machines. Wanna check out someday leh. But the sight of all those beefy guys scares me off. Nui Rou Dan Kao (Think in Chinese)
Anyway the week ahead is going to be real busy, hope I can find time to do all these.
