Not been blogging for a while now...
Still SO many things to be done for the wedding. Getting stressed. Out standing things include:
1. Decide on food menu
2. Go for food tasting
3. Select wedding photos for wedding album (Hopefully not get tempted to top up so many photos! They cost like $70 per piece!)
4. Make appointment for trial make up
5. Plan actual wedding day scheule
6. Assign roles to bridal party (sorry this is taking forever)
7. Monitor house reno (Taking a long long time and I'm really getting impatient)
8. Send out wedding invitation
9. Decide on hotel deco for the wedding day
10.Still have other funiture to buy, like cupboards, study tables, etc..
Not been seeing eye to eye with Alexis with a couple of things and it's really frustrating. I guess he probably feels the same too. We have different expectations of how the wedding and house should be and he's so laid back and happy for me to make all the decisions. Or maybe he just wants me to be happy so he lets me decide. But I dun like to make decisions on my own especially when I feel these are things that are for our big day or for our home, surely he must have some opinion.
Working things out have not gotten easier especially at this stage when we're about to get married, I do have much higher expectations that Alexis would know me better and know how I like things to be done. But it just goes to show that a relationship has to be worked at, nothing comes automatically and you definately cant assume your partner knows whats in your head. I think that still applies even when you're married.
Been talking about us serving in the same ministry too. When our house is ready, we can have cell in our new place too :)
